Notification: eTivity Scheduled Maintenance 7 December 2016

Good morning,

This is a notification that there will be a scheduled maintenance outage of eTivity on Wednesday the 7th of December 2016, commencing at 21:00 AEDT.  The outage may last up to 5 hours.

Please ensure you inform your end users of the scheduled outage details.

This is a notification that there will be a deployment to the eTivity Browser Based product today, Thursday the 24th of November 2016, commencing at 1200 AEDT for the Version Release of 5.10.6. 

Please note there will be no outage for this deployment, this is a new functionality release for the Browser Based product only.

The new functionality documentation can be found within the Kayako knowledgebase for your reference.

UPDATED - eTivity Browser Based Urgent Outage 31 October 2016

Good morning,

There will be an outage of the eTivity Browser Based (HTML) Product today at 15:00 ADST. Please note, this outage DOES NOT affect the original eTivity Win or Web clients. The outage is required to address a Time Zone and Org Unit issue. The outage may last up to 1 hour.

Please ensure you communicate to your end users the scheduled outage details.
