eTivity Outage for Firewall Upgrade Wednesday 22nd March 2017

Good afternoon,

As part of ComOps' objective to continually improve the security of our client's information, there will be a 5-hour outage of eTivity on Wednesday the 22nd of March 2017, commencing at 21:00 AEDT, to facilitate a Firewall upgrade moving to the new ComOps firewall and the minor Version Release of 5.10.10.

A copy of the release notes for Version Release 5.10.10 have been posted to the Kayako KB.

Please ensure you inform your end users of the scheduled outage details.

Good afternoon,

At ComOps we endeavour to keep our customers informed and abreast of up and coming deployments. The latest version of eTivity is now in the final stages of testing and quality assurance and we expect to be able to deploy Version Release 5.10.9 mid next week.

The deployment is currently scheduled for Wednesday the 22nd of February 2017, commencing at 21:00 AEDT for the Version Release of 5.10.9. The deployment may take up to 5 hours and during this period eTivity will be unavailable.

Confirmation of the deployment and Release Notes will be provided early next week. Please ensure you notify your employees about the scheduled outage details.
