This is a confirmation that there will be an outage of eTivity tomorrow, Wednesday the 22nd of February 2017, commencing at 21:00 AEDT for the Version Release of 5.10.9. The outage may last up to 5 hours.

The release notes will be post to the Kayako KB shortly. Please ensure you notify your employees about the scheduled outage details.

Good afternoon,

At ComOps we endeavour to keep our customers informed and abreast of up and coming deployments. The latest version of eTivity is now in the final stages of testing and quality assurance and we expect to be able to deploy Version Release 5.10.9 mid next week.

The deployment is currently scheduled for Wednesday the 22nd of February 2017, commencing at 21:00 AEDT for the Version Release of 5.10.9. The deployment may take up to 5 hours and during this period eTivity will be unavailable.

Confirmation of the deployment and Release Notes will be provided early next week. Please ensure you notify your employees about the scheduled outage details.

ComOps New Year Period Support Desk Hours
