Reminder: Queen's Birthday Public Holiday Monday 12th June 2017

Good morning,

This is a reminder that it is a public holiday (Queens Birthday) in NSW Australia on Monday the 12th of June and as such the Support Desk will be closed. Any emails sent to Support or tickets raised in Kayako during this period will be actioned on Tuesday the 13th of June.

This is confirmation that there will be an outage of eTivity today, Wednesday the 26th of April 2017, commencing at 21:00 AEST for the Version Release of 5.10.12. The outage may last up to 5 hours.

The following systems will require an update once the deployment has successfully completed:

- eTivity Windows Client

The release notes will be posted to the Kayako KB shortly. Please ensure you notify your employees about the scheduled outage details.

Good afternoon,

At ComOps we endeavour to keep our customers informed and abreast of up and coming deployments. The latest version of eTivity is now in the final stages of testing and quality assurance and we expect to be able to deploy Version Release 5.10.12 mid next week.

The deployment is currently scheduled for Wednesday the 26th of April 2017, commencing at 21:00 AEDT for the Version Release of 5.10.12. The deployment may take up to 5 hours and during this period eTivity will be unavailable.

Confirmation of the deployment and Release Notes will be provided by early next week. Please ensure you notify your employees about the scheduled outage details.
