Notification: eTivity Scheduled Maintenance 2nd of August 2017

This is a notification that there will be a scheduled maintenance outage of eTivity next Wednesday the 2nd of August 2017, commencing at 21:00 AEST.  The outage may last up to 5 hours.

Please ensure you inform your end users of the scheduled outage details.

Good afternoon,

This is a confirmation that there will be an outage of eTivity this Wednesday the 19th of July, commencing at 21:00 AEST for the Version Release of 5.10.15. The deployment may take up to 5 hours and during this period eTivity will be unavailable.

The following systems will require an update once the deployment has been successfully completed.

- eTivity Windows Client.

The Release Notes will be posted to the Kayako Knowledgebase shortly.

Additionally, as part of the deployment ComOps IT will also be implementing a http re-direct for the HTML 5.0 browser product. This means that any users who connect to eTivity via the browser using

http://etivity.comops.bizwill be automatically re-directed to the https secure site for all communications https://etivity.comops.biz

Please ensure your environment / network is able to connect to https://etivity.comops.bizprior to the 19th of July in readiness for this change and communicated to your employees.

The deployment is currently scheduled for Wednesday the 19th of July, commencing at 21:00 AEST for the Version Release of 5.10.XX. The deployment may take up to 5 hours and during this period eTivity will be unavailable.
